Caitlin’s strong technical understanding, problem-solving mindset, and consistency in results have positioned her as a standout within the team. In 2026, she will step into a new role within our Colour Education Team, where she will help train and mentor our Rising Stylists – passing on her knowledge, technique, and modern colouring approach to the next generation at Hidden Minx.
