Hannah began her career in 2003 with a clear ambition – to lead, to teach, and to build something bigger than herself. In 2013, she took over Hidden Minx from her then business partner, Emma, transforming a small two-stylist salon into a thriving destination. Their years together shaped Hannah’s confidence and understanding of business, forming the foundation for the leader she is today.

Now, four years into sole ownership, Hannah’s focus is firmly on education and team development. She has mentored dozens of apprentices and rising stylists, building structured pathways that elevate skill, creativity and professionalism. Her passion lies not just in creating beautiful hair, but in shaping the next generation of hairdressers and giving them the tools to achieve both their career and personal goals.

Hannah leads with clarity, high standards and an unwavering commitment to growth. She believes education fuels culture, and culture fuels success. At Hidden Minx, clients come first – but the heartbeat of the salon is a united, empowered team who learn, evolve and strive for excellence every day.
