Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice (business days) will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Service adjustments must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment, or a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Cancellations, rescheduling, or service adjustments must be made via email or phone. Social media messages will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure you contact us during business hours to confirm your cancellation falls within the allowed time frame
  • Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being cancelled, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
