What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Timeframe:
Clients are required to provide a minimum notice 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe or failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Deposit and Reservation:
To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Service Changes:
Any changes to a booked service we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, ie changing a foils appointment to a toner and haircut. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with sufficient notice within the cancellation timeframe. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine emergency and need to cancel or reschedule outside of the designated cancellation timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
